105 Children Rescued From SexTrafficking Ring In Massive FBI Operation
The FBI announced on Monday the arrests of 159 people and the rescue of 105 children (13-17 years old) who were entrapped in sex trafficking rings across the United States.
In a 76-city sweep, conducted in just the past three days, representing the largest such law enforcement action focused on children forced into sexual slavery to date in the United States, the FBI partnered with 230 local, state and federal agencies.
The harsh reality is that sex trafficking is taking root in American society at an alarming rate and MUST be stopped.
We at JFY applaud this action as it demonstrates a resolve and willingness by law enforcement agencies at the both the federal and local levels to face the issue of child sex trafficking head on. Our hope is this will be the first of many such operations.Read More On The Operation
